Business Insider published a commentary by our senior consultant Dominik Szlęzak, in which he explains what difficulties may arise when calculating the sales threshold of up to PLN 10,000, which allows for mandatory invoicing in the KSeF only from 2027.
In the article, he comments on why there may be a problem with the calculation of sales from the export of services and so-called consumer invoices.
The position of the Ministry of Finance in this context is favorable in relation to consumer invoices and unfavorable for the export of services.
