We are pleased to announce that the BTTP law firm has been recognized for the third time in the Tax Advisory Firm Ranking of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna for its unconventional approach to personal income tax (PIT).
Last year, we fought for the exclusion of non-cash tips from the remuneration of waiters before the Provincial Administrative Court, and we have repeatedly secured favorable taxation of influencers and creators publishing content on OnlyFans with interpretations.
The award was received on behalf of the law firm by Krzysztof Burzyński, partner and tax advisor responsible for PIT issues.
