Job description:

Comprehensive customer service in the preparation and negotiation of contracts.
Preparation of draft procedures, implementation of procedures with external clients.
Corporate advice to the firm's clients.
Participation in restructuring processes, M&A.
Support for the tax team in ongoing projects.

Who are we looking for:

At least 3 years of professional experience gained in a law firm.
Experience in transaction design, drafting and negotiating contracts.
Commitment, accuracy, responsibility and independence,
Very good knowledge of legal English.
