Krzysztof is the founder of BTTP and i has been supporting since 2017 investors and blockchain companies w advantageous i in accordance with the law settlement of taxation of crypto-assets, NFTs and DeFi transactions. The court decisions obtained by him became a milestone for legal changes regulating taxation of crypto-assets trading in Poland, starting from 2019. He also supports clients in adapting their activities to the latest regulations, including DAC7 and VAT taxation rules for digital asset trade, ensuring compliance with dynamically changing regulations.
His competences have been appreciated in the industry - in 2018, 2021 and 2023 he was recognized by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna as one of the best tax advisors in Poland. Krzysztof also participates in parliamentary work on the regulation of the crypto-assets market in Poland.
Krzysztof is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and actively follows the dynamically changing regulations regarding the crypto and Web3 markets.
