Consulting and advice on occupational health and safety

In recent years, occupational health and safety inspections and advisory services in Poland have focused on ergonomics, mental health, carcinogens, and compliance with new regulations. The National Labor Inspectorate (PIP) plans 55,000 inspections and the inclusion of 40,000 entities in preventive measures.

An annual analysis of the workplace will allow you to determine the accident rate in the company.

As part of our occupational health and safety consultations, we help translate regulatory requirements into concrete actions within the company – ensuring that occupational health and safety is truly organized and ready to defend against inspections. In practice, we begin by assessing the company's occupational health and safety organization: what procedures are in place, whether documentation is consistent with actual working conditions, and whether the employer is meeting its regulatory obligations (including in areas that are currently receiving particular attention).

We support both ongoing and recurring issues. We help prepare the company for inspections and preventive measures by the National Labor Inspectorate (PIP), organize documents, correct gaps, and implement solutions that reduce the risk of irregularities. We place particular emphasis on areas that are more difficult to operationally address in many organizations—workplace ergonomics, risk factors in the work environment, and issues related to mental health and work organization—because these are where questions and concerns most often arise.

An annual workplace analysis is also a crucial element – not as a formality, but as a management tool. This analysis allows us to assess where threats actually arise, what incidents are recurring within the organization, and how the company's accident rate compares to previous periods. Based on this, we recommend corrective and preventative actions: from organizational changes, through clarifying policies and instructions, to improving information flow and supervision. This allows the company to avoid reacting "after an incident" and instead build a system that mitigates the risks and costs associated with absenteeism, downtime, and claims.

If you want to streamline your company's health and safety, prepare for an inspection, or simply ensure that requirements are met in a practical manner and in line with the current direction of change, we can review the situation, identify priorities, and help implement solutions tailored to the specific needs of your workplace.
