The District Employment Office (PUP) is a public institution responsible for supporting unemployed individuals and employers at the district level. Since June 1, 2025, it has operated under the new Act on the Labor Market and Employment Services (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 620).

Our experts will advise you on available subsidies for the salaries of unemployed workers and for training for your employees.

We will prepare and submit applications, advise on how to register for job fairs, and what assistance and support the District Employment Office offers to employers, not just employees.

Since electronic data transfer has also been extended to state institutions in recent years, we will provide support or train your employees in using the "pracuj.gov.pl" portal, which will limit visits to offices related to the employment of foreigners and others.

In practice, the PUP's support for employers isn't just an unemployment register, but a whole set of tools that can significantly reduce employment costs or help a company find employees faster and improve team competencies. The problem is that individual programs have their own terms, limits, application deadlines, and required attachments, and formal errors in the application can prolong the procedure or eliminate the chance of receiving funding. Therefore, we help select the right support path for the company's situation and translate it into properly prepared documentation.

As part of our services, we identify available forms of support (e.g., employment subsidies, job creation instruments, and skills development funding), verify the employer's and intended position's requirements, and then prepare a complete set of applications and attachments. We also provide support at the post-submission stage, ensuring deadlines are met, assisting with responding to requests for supplementation, clarifying office concerns, and ensuring the process doesn't get bogged down in formalities.

A separate area is the practical operation of the praca.gov.pl portal, which has become a standard channel for communicating with government agencies. We assist with account creation and configuration, structuring company permissions (so that the appropriate individuals can submit and receive documents), and preparing and submitting applications electronically. This allows you to reduce office visits and gain control over your correspondence – everything is in one place, with case history and submission confirmations.
