Preparation of consolidated financial statements

Preparation of consolidated financial statements is a service dedicated to entities forming capital groups, obliged to present a collective picture of the assets, financial situation and operating results of the entire group, in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Act (AoR) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

BTTP Accounting provides comprehensive support in the consolidation process – from analyzing the structure of the capital group, through defining the scope of consolidation and identifying entities subject to the reporting obligation, to developing a full package of consolidated documentation: balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity and additional information. Our services include both the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with the Accounting Act and in accordance with the requirements of IFRS – including for issuers of securities and international groups.

At each stage of the process, we provide support, among others, in the area of goodwill allocation, impairment tests, currency transformations and ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations and accounting standards. We verify and standardize individual data and assess the correctness of source documentation. Our activities are supported by modern technological tools that ensure high quality, timeliness and transparency of the entire consolidation process.

We have completed numerous projects for domestic and foreign capital groups – including those involving complex holding structures and entities operating in different jurisdictions and settling in different currencies.
