This privacy policy aims to explain the principles on which your personal data is processed and to discuss your fundamental rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

Scope of processed personal data

BTTP is the administrator of personal data of customers, customer contact persons and persons whose data is provided by customers, if it is necessary for BTTP to provide the service. To the extent that BTTP processes such personal data, it becomes their administrator by operation of law. BTTP also processes personal data of people who apply for a job, work or provide services for us.

Purposes and legal basis of processing personal data

BTTP processes personal data for the following purposes:

  • conducting correspondence or direct contact - in this case, if personal data were provided voluntarily, they will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR, and if they were obtained by BTTP from publicly available sources, the basis for processing will be Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR, and BTTP's legitimate interest will be to ensure efficient communication with customers or employees of customers,
  • performance of the service – in this case, the processing of personal data will be carried out on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR,
  • sending alerts regarding our areas of specialization – in this case, the processing will be carried out with the consent of the recipients pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR; this information may also be sent pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f), without explicit consent, in order to ensure the highest quality of services and to provide access to information of BTTP customers, which is a legitimate interest of BTTP,
  • fulfilment of obligations arising from legal provisions pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of the GDPR.

BTTP does not make any decisions regarding data subjects based on automated processing, including profiling.

Limitations on sharing personal data

BTTP does not transfer, sell or lend collected personal data to other persons or institutions, unless it is done with the express consent or request of the data subject or results directly from the assigned task or at the request of authorized state authorities for the purposes of not proceedings. BTTP also does not transfer personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area, unless the assigned task requires it. In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection of natural persons' data by using one of the bases listed in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Duration of storing personal data

BTTP stores data for the time justified by the provision of the service provided or for the period resulting from legal provisions.

The rights of persons whose personal data is processed by BTTP

  • the right to information (exercised, among others, by publishing this legal notice and privacy policy, as well as by answering questions addressed to BTTP regarding the processing of personal data),
  • the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, which shall have no effect on the processing carried out by the Administrator before its withdrawal,
  • the right to access data,
  • the right to rectify or correct data,
  • the right to delete data, provided that this does not violate applicable law,
  • the right to transfer data when they are processed in IT systems on the basis of consent or for the purpose of performing a contract,
  • the right to limit data processing,
  • the right to object to processing in situations where it is carried out in the legitimate interests of the Administrator,

Cookies

The website processes information contained in cookies. When collecting information about users, only anonymous data is collected in aggregate form, not including personal data.

Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the user of this website and are intended for using the website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and alphanumeric parameters.

The entity that places cookies on the end device of the user of this website and obtains access to them is the Operator.
