Piotr is one of the founders of BTTP and a lawyer with more than ten years of experience gained in the legal departments of Polish and foreign companies and in law offices in the United States. He specializes in contract law, corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions. In BTTP he is responsible for ongoing legal services for corporate clients.
Piotr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, University of Connecticut (LL.M. – U.S. Legal Studies) and the Warsaw School of Economics
