Piotr is the founder of BTTP and a lawyer with several years of experience in the legal departments of Polish and foreign companies and in law firms in the United States. He specializes in commercial contract law, corporate law and issues related to mergers and acquisitions. In the law firm, he is responsible for the ongoing legal services of corporate clients.
Piotr is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, the University of Connecticut (LL.M. – US Legal Studies) and the Warsaw School of Economics.
