Considering the extremely severe sanctions and penalties for non-compliance with tax regulations (both for local governments themselves and their authorities), in particular in the field of VAT, we develop and implement appropriate procedures for local governments to minimise the risk of an error in tax settlement, making the sanctions and penalties much less likely.
