Tax restructuring

In connection with the changes made within the entity’s structure of the local government (e.g. restructuring, in-kind contributions of assets to local government companies), we provide comprehensive legal and tax assistance to local governments in carrying out the restructuring process, in particular, we indicate tax risks / doubts that should be resolved by obtaining by the local government interpretation of the Director of KIS.
