We implement mandatory MDR procedures for our clients to ensure compliance with information obligations regarding tax schemes. We also advise on the mapping of activities that may potentially be subject to the information obligation, and then we analyze them in terms of MDR regulations. As a result, we limit the risk of high financial penalties for our clients.
