Anna is an an attorney at law with many years of experience in legal services for corporate clients, including with foreign capital. She specializes in corporate law, contract law and intellectual property law (especially IT law). She has participated in due diligence and companies’ restructuring processes.
She is entered on the list of mediators in Mediation Centre of the Polish Bar Council.
Anna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law of University René Descartes in Paris (Master 2) and School of New Technologies Law of Hugo Grotius Centre of Intellectual Property Rights.
