Denis Foks is an attorney-at-law specializing in the field of comprehensive service of tax proceedings, with particular emphasis on proceedings regarding fraud and abuse in VAT. He also deals with issues related to VAT.
Denis gained his professional experience by cooperating with one of the leading Polish law firms. Denis represented before tax authorities and administrative courts, and provided legal and tax advice to, inter alia, entities conducting business activities related to trading in electronic equipment (IT industry), trading in FMCG goods, precious metals, steel products and plastic products.
Denis is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, where he obtained a diploma with honours.
