Denis Foks is a legal counsel specializing in comprehensive tax litigation, with particular emphasiz on carousel proceedings. He also handles matters related to value added tax.
He gained his professional experience working with one of Poland's leading law firms. Denis represented clients before tax authorities and administrative courts, and provided tax and legal advice to taxpayers operating businesses related to electronic equipment (IT sector in the broad sense), FMCG, precious metals, steel products, and plastics.
Denis is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, where he obtained a diploma with distinction.
