Grzegorz is a licensed tax advisor and at BTTP he leads the Corporate Income Tax team. He has numerous years of experience gained in leading tax advisory companies. Grzegorz specializes in CIT, including withholding tax and areas of Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR) reporting.
His vast experience covers ongoing tax advisory, transaction assistance including due diligence projects as well as tax structuring of the transactions. He also provided advice on mergers, de-mergers and other restructuring projects.
Grzegorz conducted numerous tax reviews as well as he provided tax training to the clients. He advised clients from various industries, including among others, manufacturing, food and beverages, real estate, energy, construction, pharmaceutical, lease, bank and insurance.
Grzegorz graduated from law at the University of Warsaw and Centre for the British and European Law. He is also an advocate and a member of District Bar Association in Warsaw.
