Grzegorz's experience includes ongoing tax and transaction advisory services, including projects related to mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction structuring. He has advised on mergers, demergers, and other projects aimed at reorganizing and transforming businesses.
He has also conducted dozens of tax reviews and led tax-related training sessions. He has advised clients from various industries, including manufacturing, food, real estate, energy, construction, pharmaceutical, leasing, banking, and insurance.
