Izabela is a licensed tax advisor, serving as a director in the transfer pricing team at BTTP. She has extensive professional experience, which includes working at the Ministry of Finance, the National Tax Administration, as well as in tax consultancy, where she had the opportunity to support industry leaders in the field of transfer pricing.
As part of her work at BTTP, Izabela specializes in conducting transfer pricing analyses, preparing tax documentation, preparing comparative analyses, developing TPRs, analyzing the business model in the context of transfer pricing, identifying transfer pricing risks, establishing transfer pricing strategies and policies in capital groups.
Izabela is a graduate of Leon Koźmiński Academy and completed postgraduate studies within the ACCA program of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, the Management Academy at the National School of Public Administration, as well as postgraduate studies in business negotiations at the University of Warsaw.
Izabela also represented Poland’s position at OECD meetings during the development of the OECD Guidelines for Financial Transactions. She is also the author of the book “Transfer Pricing Guidelines for Financial Transactions” published in 2021 by Wolters Kluwer.
