Maja is a recruitment specialist who gained her experience working in a personnel advisory agency. At BTTP, she is responsible for leading recruitment projects and implementing employer branding activities. Maja stands out with excellent communication skills, enabling her to effectively manage the recruitment process. Additionally, her ability to listen and show empathy helps her understand the needs of candidates and match them appropriately to the requirements of the organization.
Maja is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics.
