Maja is a recruitment specialist. She gained her experience working in a HR agencies. At BTTP, she is responsible for conducting recruitment projects and employer branding activities. Maja stands out with excellent communication skills, which allows her to effectively manage the recruitment process. Additionally, her ability to listen and empathize helps her understand the needs of candidates and properly match them to the requirements of the organization.
Maja is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics.
