Małgorzata Breda is a qualified tax advisor with several years of experience in tax advisory services. She gained her professional experience in both Polish and international consulting companies. In the BTTP, she is the leader of a team that deals with indirect taxes.
Malgorzata specializes in issues related to Value Added Tax, tax on civil law transactions and proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. During her professional career, she has advised clients in such industries as: pharmaceuticals, construction and real estate, transportation, fuel, energy, banking and insurance, automotive and government administration.
What is more, she is also a specialist in setting tax strategy and managing risks, specifically related to value added tax. Moreover, Malgorzata is the author and co-author of many articles and publications in the field of tax law. She is also a qualified lecturer who conducts trainings in the field of value added tax.
