Małgorzata is a tax advisor and heads the indirect taxes team at BTTP. She has several decades of experience in tax consulting, which she gained in Polish and international consulting firms.
She specializes in issues related to goods and services tax, civil law transaction tax and proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. She has advised clients from such sectors of the economy as: pharmaceutical industry, construction and real estate, transport, fuel, energy, banking and insurance, automotive as well as state administration.
She is a specialist in developing tax strategies and managing risks, particularly related to value-added tax (VAT). He is the author and co-author of numerous articles and publications in the field of tax law. She also conducts training sessions on topics related to VAT.
